Please note that this return policy only applies to orders that are placed directly through us. Orders placed at the AMSOIL Corporate website are subject to the AMSOIL Inc. Return Policy.
CAN I return unused/unopened AMSOIL products for a refund?
Absolutely. All returns must be reported by contacting us first. Please indicate your name, phone number, address, and which products and/or quantities that you wish to return in your correspondence. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
WHAT can be returned?
All unused/unopened products can be returned for a refund.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If you wish to return items after 30 days, there may be a 10% restocking fee applied to the refund.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
1. If returned within 30 days, items can be returned to the address from which they were received (in most cases, the AMSOIL warehouse nearest you). Be sure to include a copy of the shipping invoice when returning products.
2. If you need to return products after 30 days, please contact us for return shipping address information.
RETURN shipping costs?
1. We will split the cost of return shipping with customer if returned within 30 days.
2. If returning products after 30 days, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. However, we may split the return shipping costs with customer at our discretion.
CREDIT for returns?
All refunds will be issued via the payment method (Paypal or Google Checkout) that was used to place the order.
